I would like to share the log in process for new and existing services.

When your service signs up to the PLS program you are sent two emails.

1. Welcome email and

2. Set your password email.

The set your password email is valid for 24hrs, we recommend actioning this as part of your sign up process,so once you register wait for the email to arrive then create your password to eliminate any chance of forgetting this step.

Should you forget the set password step, or forget the password you have chosen at any stage you can log onto the platform via 

www.early-childhood.positivelivingskills.com.au 

And in the top right corner click log in, then click forgot password and put in the email the service signed up with. This will send you a new set password email.
