Expression of Interest
PLS in the Western NSW PHN Region​

The Process: 

1. Fill in form to express your interest and PLS will be in contact within 3 business days

2. Receive confirmation email with a link to agree to confirm details and agree to terms

3. PLS will finish setting up your account access within 3 business days

4. Receive email to create your account password

5. Access the program and a Welcome Pack will be sent out to your service

 

Funding Obligations: 

1. Services agree to implement the program 

2. Services agree to participate in some short online surveys

*IMPORTANT: Before you begin

You will be asked to provide an email address for your service that will be used by all educators to access the platform. This must be a generic email address rather than a personal email address  (Family Day Care educators excluded). The email address used for access to the platform will not be able to be changed once it is set and it must be specific to the Service’s site location only. Examples: admin@xyzchildcare.com.au or director@abclearningdubbo.com.au

What is an eligible service?

The following services within the Western NSW Primary Health Network region are eligible:

· Long Day Care Centre (that could also offer a Preschool service)

· Preschools

· Family Day Care Service (one Expression of Interest per educator/location)
